Sajeda made deputy leader of House.................

Awami League presidium member Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury has been appointed deputy leader of the parliament, party president Sheikh Hasina said on Thursday.

Sajeda replaces Zillur Rahman who is set to take oath as the president of the country at a ceremony at Bangabhaban at 7pm.

Awami League Parliamentary Party took the decision at a meeting in the day, Hasina, also the prime minister, told reporters after the meeting.
