How can I unlock my IE ?

My Internet explorer is locked somehow and can not delete, edit my permission. Can anyone advice me what to do now. I am here new member.

hmmm thats a very usefull problem we are facing sometime and . we cant solve the problem its happand to me also , but i forgot how did i solved it out .. u can try useing Stat Control panel then adda and remove then window Component then just untik the box and click next . then lets see what happand ,, listen i m not sure about it how its will work but u can try .. anyway thnx caio

I think this is not the way to unlock . ope someone will answer me. All the foeld in my IE is inactive. can not click. so I need to get out of this headache. I wont reformat my pc.

Thank you for posting your problem.
It is so simple but still you should have some knowledge of system. I strongly recommend if you do not have enough knowledge in system do not try to fix it. Ask someone to do on behalf.
I will post here full instruction to remove any restriction. but befor I post it it important to know exactly what sort problem you facing.
