The High Court on Thursday acquitted life convicts lieutenant colonel (dismissed) Syed Farook Rahman, retired lieutenant colonel Sultan Shahriar Rashid Khan, retired major Bazlul Huda and retired major AKM Mohiuddin and upheld death sentence for Risladar Muslemuddin in the Jail-Killing Case.
